Many Filipinos would agree that lechon will always be a part of every family occasion! It's part of tradition, culture and gastronomic experience! As a Native Pig raiser, I would have to say that naturally raised native lechon is the best lechon if not in the whole country, in the whole wide world! Chef Anthony Bourdain could attest to that!
